Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty Policy

Unused Returns

Unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all included components and accessories
  • Returned in the original packaging

Customers must contact Falk MFG before returning a product. The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs and for ensuring the product arrives safely. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns that are used, installed, damaged, incomplete, or missing their original packaging may be refused. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Defective Products

If a product arrives defective or develops a fault during normal, intended use, contact Falk MFG with your order number and a description of the problem.

Photos, videos, voltage measurements, installation details, or other troubleshooting information may be required before a warranty claim is approved. Falk MFG may also require the complete product, including its wiring harness and accessories, to be returned for inspection and testing.

For approved claims submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery, Falk MFG will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace it, or issue a refund.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Falk MFG warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date when installed correctly and used only for their intended purpose.

For an approved warranty claim, Falk MFG will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Replace it with the same or a reasonably equivalent product; or
  • Provide another appropriate remedy when repair or replacement is unavailable.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Falk MFG unless otherwise agreed in writing. Falk MFG will cover the cost of shipping an approved repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

Modifications, Installation Damage, and Misuse

Warranty and refund coverage does not apply to damage, malfunction, or failure caused or contributed to by:

  • Cutting, splicing, rewiring, depinning, repinning, or otherwise altering a wiring harness;
  • Replacing, removing, or modifying connectors, terminals, circuit boards, or other components;
  • Disassembling, tampering with, or attempting to repair the product;
  • Incorrect installation, wiring, voltage, polarity, or electrical connections;
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or use outside the product’s intended function; or
  • Damage occurring after delivery that is not attributable to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Visible evidence of alteration or installation damage may result in denial of a refund or warranty claim when that alteration or damage caused or contributed to the reported problem.

Falk MFG reserves the right to inspect and test any returned product before determining whether the claim is covered. Products returned without identifying information may experience processing delays. Include your name, order number, email address, return address, and a brief description of the problem inside the package.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
