I ran a janky setup for a solid decade before I decided to pull the trigger on this. I am running an M50 TPS on an M20 turbo and would have random issues where my throttle position was off from time to time and it would cause intermittent stalling issues when I came to a stop. Ever since I installed this, I have had zero stalls. So if you think you can come up with a contraption that “may” work, don’t rule out this adapter. Makes daily driving my turbo E30 more predictable.

Don’t be fooled by other adapters on the market like I was. I purchased a nice anodized blue adapter (won’t mention the brand) only to realized the position was not correct. After not being pleased I searched for other alternatives and then I found Falkmfg. My first impression was it’s just black and doesn’t stand out but after overlooking that I really focused on his design and position and I can tell he put a lot of thought in this design. Not only does the tps sit in its correct position (a few degrees clockwise) but it also has an O ring to seal from any vacuum or boost leak, the brass inserts are a good touch too. When I received the part it actually looks way better in person, like a carbon fiber kinda look. Extremely pleased and happy I bought this adapter and this is coming from a picky guy.
